We now offer complete instruction in the new wave of avionics. We will train you to fully understand and operate you aircraft system. Our courses include the Garmin 1000, Garmin 1000 waas, Meggets, Sandall, Avidyne and Chelton systems in addition to the Garmin 430 and 530. We will also train/update you in your weather systems, autopilot, traffic avoidance systems and more. This course normally will take 3 days but call us for complete information on your system. |

Cirrus SR22 flight training

At AFTC we offer highly qualified senior instructors for this top-of-the-line aircraft. — A primary flight display.
— A second 10-inch multifunctional display for navigation, with engine monitoring, weather downloads, traffic alerting, checklists and moving map.
— An S-TEC 55X autopilot provides NAV and GPS tracking, altitude and rate of climb control, approach capability and glide-slope coupling. The TKS weeping-wing ice protection system and –best of all - the Cirrus Aircraft Parachute System (CAPS) provide safety features that are unequalled in other general aviation aircraft.
