Q. I have been training for 4 months and have had 4 different instructors.
Plane Scheduling problems and only 18 hours of IFR time with no actual. (The
instructors did not want to fly in it?)
Each Time I had to review the prior training so actually did not advance. I
feel the training was poor, erratic and costly at this pace. Can you get me
my rating completed without these problems.
A. Yes. Many of our clients have experienced this before coming to us
expecting to save money but finding that is not the case. We will review
your prior time and continue from that to complete your training in a few
days. You will be competent and acquire your rating in 10 days or less.
Q. How long does the course take if I have prior training?
For instrument it normally takes a day off for every 5/6 hours of prior instrument training. Much depends on the training and how far back it goes. We will determine the time and submit to you in Writing how long it will take you with our industry leading GUARANTEE. That is all you will be charged.
Q. Do you use simulators and if so are they an advantage?
We do use simulators in our training. We do not promote it as much as some Flight schools do as they do not reflect the modern technology such as GPS and Glass panels. The advantage is the FAA allows 20 hours to be used as part of the 40 hour minimum required in an approved simulator. Our experience tells us that 10 hours is about all that is helpful.
Q. Can I really complete the instrument course in just 10 days?
Yes. This is the normal time for 90% or our clients. Some do it in less time. With our GUARANTEE there is no risk to you. You will pass the FAA exam when you complete our course.
Q. Will I retain my skills with accelerated training?
Yes. The military has been using this for years, the airline industry uses this. It is recognized in the industry that you will learn better and retain more in a dedicated and intense atmosphere. Our syllabus is structured to meet this goal.
Q. How many hours will it take me to complete the course.
The FAA minimum required is 40 hours. Many training courses will advertise 40 hours but we find this is not reality. Our clients complete in an average of 46 hours time. We do this in 10 days and with our GUARANTEE your costs are fixed at the outset.
Q. Why should I choose AFTC accelerated flight training center to get my training?
We simply do the best job in the industry. Our instructors are totally concentrated to train you effectively to be the safest IFR pilot possible. We leave nothing to chance but stand behind what we advertise. You will become an instrument licensed pilot with our course. We can give this guarantee as our course works. Check our references.
